We arrive on your wedding day at the location where you’re getting ready. It doesn’t matter where or what time, but we begin at the moment your hair and make up are almost done. At your hotel or home we document the fun and excitement of you and your attendants getting dressed and finalized. Then we create fun images of you and the girls. Perhaps your mom and dad will be there for some special moments.
We shoot details of your dress, your jewelry, your shoes ….
If the opportunity permits, we do the same with the groom and his men.

Once ready, we proceed to a location chosen by you for wedding party group images, perhaps some family groups, and spectacular creations of the bride and groom together. A majority of our wedding couples have rejected the tradition of the bride and groom not seeing each other before the ceremony, and instead have embraced the joy and other benefits of having a private moment together before the photo session. They all tell us later that seeing each other without the pressure of the processional was far more rewarding than the traditional way, yet it did not diminish the anticipation and freshness of the procession. In fact, it improved the experience. Additional benefits of the portrait session before the ceremony include the elimination of time pressures after the wedding, both for you and all of your family members. While you might still like a few portraits taken at the altar, the feeling that you are free to go after the ceremony is indescribable. You can take any missing photos, or join your guests at the cocktail hour, or simply run off together for a little while before the reception.
At the reception, our coverage is photojournalistic. We may cover your cocktail hour, with friends and family mingling and chatting happily. We photograph the details of your reception – tables, flowers, centerpieces, designs, and venue architecture. With your guests in attendance we cover your grand entrance, first dances, and the toasts. You never have to worry about time, if your reception is covered until the end, when you make your departure.
